Hisabra

Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-22

These terms are an agreement between you and Hisabra ("we", "us") about your use of Hisabra, the website and the app. By opening a workspace you accept them.

1. Your account

You must give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your password.

2. What you may do

Use Hisabra to run your own business and your clients' books. Do not break the law with it, try to get into other customers' data, overload the service, or copy or resell it.

3. Trial, Free plan and paid plans

The trial and the Free plan cost nothing. Paid plans are priced per active user, as shown on the pricing page at the time you order, and are paid in advance for the period you choose. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. When a paid period ends we allow a short grace period, after which the workspace becomes read-only until you renew or move to the Free plan.

4. Your data

Your data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can download a full backup at any time, including after a trial or subscription ends. When you ask us to delete a workspace we remove it after a 30 day archive period.

5. Keeping the service running

We work to keep Hisabra available and safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own backups of important data using the backup button.

6. Your records and professional duties

Hisabra is a tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, your VAT returns and other filings, and for checking them or having them checked by a qualified accountant.

7. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Hisabra at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or is not paid for, and we will tell you first when we can. Sections about your data, limits of responsibility and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law stated on your order or invoice. Questions: mail@hisabra.com.
