Hisabra ("we", "us") runs Hisabra. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, company name, country, phone number if you give it, and a hashed password.
  • Your business data: everything you and your team enter into the app, such as customers, invoices, tasks and employee records. You are the controller of this data and we process it for you.
  • Messages: what you write in the contact form or in emails to us.
  • Technical records: your IP address and the times of sign-in attempts and changes, kept to protect accounts and investigate problems.

Why we use it

To create and run your workspace, to sign you in safely, to send emails you need (confirmation, password reset, billing and trial reminders), to answer you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the service needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your cookie choice, and a short-lived one for the admin area. We use no advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the data on its servers, and our email provider delivers our messages. We share data with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your workspace while your account exists. When a workspace is deleted we keep an archived copy for 30 days, then remove it. Sign-up attempts that were never confirmed are removed after a short time.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your personal data. The owner of a workspace can download a full backup at any time. Write to mail@hisabra.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and by email.
