Prices are per active user per month and exclude VAT where it applies. Dirham prices are converted at AED 3.6725 to the dollar.

Billing questions
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who can sign in to your workspace. People you deactivate stop counting. A client who uploads documents through an onboarding link does not need an account and is not counted.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or a payment link. Choose a plan in Settings, then Plan and billing, and we send you an invoice. Your plan starts as soon as we receive the payment. We do not keep a card on file.
What happens if I do not renew?
After a short grace period the workspace becomes read-only. You can still look at everything and download a full backup. Nothing is deleted, and it opens up again as soon as you renew.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Ask for more seats or a different plan in Settings, Plan and billing, or write to us. You can move to the Free plan when your paid period ends.
What does the Free plan keep?
The one app you pick, up to 5 users and all of that app's data. Data in the other apps is kept safe but closed until you move to a paid plan.
Do you charge for storage or emails?
No. There are no extra fees for invoices, documents or notifications.
